ESTATE IMPROVEMENTS respects customer’s right of getting our highest quality products and services possible. If you decide you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase of any 1 one-time (except online events, see below), monthly or annual service subscription, simply cancel your service within that time, as described below, request a refund under this limited warranty and you’ll receive a refund of your purchase price, less any charges for additional services and a processing fee (if applicable), all of which are non-refundable. The 30-day limited money back guarantee is limited to one purchase by one customer of one product or service per account. You may cancel anytime within the first 30 days of when the initial order was placed by calling 1 289 272 0128. To receive any refund under this warranty, you must request a refund when you call in to cancel.
The processing fees for cancelation of one-time or monthly service subscription will be: 15% of its purchase price. A processing fee of $49.99 will be charged for the cancelation of any annual service subscription.
Refunds will not be applied to accounts that are past-due or for accounts that are canceled before the conditions for payment of the Refund are met. Refunds will only be made to the name, address, and credit card account on file. No Refund will be issued for accounts that are terminated by ESTATE IMPROVEMENTS in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF PREPAID EVENTS: In case of cancelation of consultation, meeting, workshops or other paid events: 1) within 7 business days before the event date no refund is provided, 100% cancelation charge is being applied; 2) between 14 and 8 business days before the event date, 50% of purchase price is being refunded. In case of cancelation of any event in 15 and more business days before the event date 85% of purchase price is being refunded, since charge for additional services 10% and processing fee 5% of purchase price are being applied.
EVENT MOVING FEES: When customer requests moving the date of event to another later date, the additional service fee 25% of purchase price is being charged. When customer requests moving the date of event to another earlier date, the additional service fee 50% of purchase price is being charged, if ESTATEIMPROVEMENTS.CA will have possibility to deliver the event.
You may also return your products within fourteen (14) days of purchase and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
Returned products (if any) must be in unused condition and in the original packaging material with all the original components (i.e. manuals, cables, batteries, etc.) or a handling fee of 20% will apply. (Supplies and consumable merchandise will not be accepted for return, if the packaging has been opened).

Please ensure to provide the following information when contacting us:
- Your order confirmation number
- The product you are returning
- The reason for your return
- The condition of your product – (are all accessories included, packaging open or unopened, etc.)
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the returned merchandise. The RMA will expire within 14 days of issuance, so please ensure that it is returned within that time frame.
Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and we recommend you return product using a service that provides tracking documentation and insurance. ESTATE IMPROVEMENTS is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit and therefore a refund will not be issued.
When your return has been received and inspected, ESTATE IMPROVEMENTS will process your refund. Please allow for 5-8 business days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
Refunds are only valid on the products sold over our this Store and unused services.
Refunds do not apply to any used our services.
